Unlikely : Methotrexate has its toxicity on bone marrow, kidneys, liver, nerves, but not known to affect muscles, and so are NSAIDS, as far as I lnow. Exercising isn't an absolute contraindication to using those medicines to control disease. Hopefully you aren't contemplating using anabolic agents to build muscles, wish you well
