Inflammation, a response to injury and invasion requires complex messaging between local and migratory cells and systemic responses to alter the environment i.e. body temperature. It heals and destroys tissue using swelling and pain to limit motion. Interrupting inflammation feels good and too much too often can cause chronic damage, but inflammation heals, not NSAIDs.
