Chest sore, numb: More information to answer this properly. "Numb arms" do you mean who can't feel anything on the skin of the arms? If you have chest pain or pressure with numb arms you should go to the emergency room. Numbness classically comes from a problem with nerves. Chest tenderness is less concerning. See your doctor.
