For the past 3 days i feel mild headache that comes and goes during different types during day idk why? im 19 and worried.why is this happening?cause

Several over-the-counter options include Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin, Advil, Aleve, and their generic brands. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent or weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be examined.
