Would start by : Dropping rigor of your exercise routines. These may anticipatory symptoms. Consider cognitive behavioral tx to break this early on. Breath in slowly & deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.

See a Neurologist: A common reason for exercise headache is dilation of vessels in the brain & it is benign. If you are getting dehydrated with exercise your Lactic Acid will go up. High Lactic Acid in some studies have shown to produce anxiety attacks. Stay hydrated & see if the anxiety goes away. But it seems like this happened once & recently. This raises a flag. See a neurologist.
