Eye symptoms: Infections and dry eyes are 2 different processes requiring different treatments. Dry eyes tend not to improve without a thorough treatment plan supervised by an ophthalmologist with special experience and interest in that disorder. Some eye infections can clear without specific treatment but others probably wouldn't. If you have ongoing eye symptoms you should consult an ophthalmologist.
