Vaginosis ?: Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is contagious, but curable. The problem with treating this infection is multiple partners and minor symptoms in males. If treated successfully, and in monogamous relationships, it can be managed with antibiotics.

Yes;noncontagious: Yes, BV can often be cured; although it is believed to be associated with the presence of several bacterias, it is not considered to be a sexually transmitted infection and is not known to be contagious.
