Weight loss: The basics of weight loss are used at first. Controlling food intake then exercise. Remembering it is more effective to control food intake than exercise. To change any habit the most important things are goals. What motivates you to lose weight? Is that goal strong enough to make lifestyle habits for a lifetime? There are other treatments which are medicines and surgical options.
