Pics , more hx help: need additional hx and pics. If this has been present for many yrs, could be reflective of your profession e.g nurse, salon, cook, etc. Some pts with wrinkly skin can simply have severely dry skin and aggressive with emollients might be very helpful along with protection such as special gloves and avoidance of caustic agents. If persists, see dermatologist for evaluation.
