I have got fissure on my hands & feet. made my skin very horribly wrinkled. i feel very embarrassing by getting them. please suggest me some medicin?

Hand dermatitis: Fissures and dry wrinkly skin on hands are most often the signs of eczema, an itchy scaling rash that is associated with overdrying and irritation of the skin. To fix, use a mild soapfree cleanser to wash hands, moisturize with a fragrance-free cream, use rubber gloves with cotton liners to do housework, do not use gel sanitizers. If that doesn't improve hands, please see your dermatologist.
