A member asked:

What is the best way to add more iron into my diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Plenty of foods : Are rich in iron including red meat, egg yolks, greens, dried fruits, iron-enriched cereals, grains & macaroni, mollusks, beans, lentils, chick peas & soybeans. Moderation is advised as some are high in cholesterol. Cook in a cast iron pan. Foods high in vitamin c help absorp iron better.
