The die is cast!: Regardless of the rapidity of this pregnancy post C/section fetal loss, you are now committed to its' course. With 20/20 "hindsight" looking through the "retrospectoscope" it would have been better to wait at least 3 months to recover the necessary nutrients that the healing body previously depleted with the last pregnancy.
