Gartner's cyst: This kind of cyst can be filled with either kind of fluid, and may rarely be infected. It is a remnant of a developmental canal in early fetal life in females. It is generally not harmful, but if painful and or interfering with normal or sexual function, see your gyn physician for an exam.
