I had a ct scan that showed a fat filled ovarian dermoid cyst & the vaginal us said it was fluid filled. which one is accurate?

Probably CT scan: Generally speaking, the ultrasound is a better study for the gyn structures. However, my personal experience is that the ct scan is better at picking up acute inflammatory processes such as these.
