37f benign 2cm cyst on vaginal wall at 4 o'clock position. in this area is the cyst a clogged duct or due to injury to the vaginal wall? causation?

Vaginal wall cyst: if the cyst is not painful, it is a simple mucus filled cyst, and a "clogged mucus duct" is the cause. This is not caused by an injury, and will probably resolve spontaneously. If not, see your gyn provider who can open the cyst, and it will disappear.
