Neck pain: Please see your physician as more information is needed from you and physical examination is important. X-ray of neck can be helpful too.

Need to examine: Agree with Dr. K. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests, and imaging studies. You may be developing arthritis of the cervical spine and the process may be pinching the nerves.
