Trauma & arthritis..: 58 y/o asks How to treat my soreness in my knee? Not clear if one or both knees involved. Also not clear what type of Soreness one is talking about. At age 58, trauma & arthritis are two of the commonest causes; but with different treatment approaches. So best see PCP for Assessment and best Management.
