How can you treat sore knees that are not swollen?

Depends on cause: The first challenge is to identify why your knee is sore. If you had an injury, best to start with the rice treatment- rest, ice, compression and elevation. Oral nsaid's can help. If there has not been an injury, recommend that you see your doctor or get an orthopaedic surgeon to evaluate.
