Yes: Pain in left arm and chest could be referrred on the heart.I would go to the Emergency Room or if not having pain at this moment call up your Cardiologist if you have one.

Chest Pain : Chest pain that is severe or lasting longer than 30 minutes or associated with lightheadedness shortness of breath passing out or irregular heartbeat or coughing up blood requires immediate medical attention and evaluation,Call 911 or get transported to the nearest emergency room.Otherwise make an appointment with your primary care physician for in person evaluation of chest pain in the next week
