Likely viral: Symptoms of viral gastroenteritis.Viral gastroenteritis is an intestinal infection marked by watery diarrhea, abdominal cramps, nausea or vomiting.Peptobismol(Bismuth subsalicylate) is the safest,has an antibacterial component but will turn stool dark and immodium(Loperamide).Also decrease wugar intake.Talk-to your physician.
