Get care ASAP: It sounds like you're getting dangerously dehydrated from the diarrhea and migth need IV fluids. Kidney failure and other serious complications are possible. Call your PCP's office right now and speak with whoever is on call. One way or another, you need to get into medical care immediately, even if it means a nighttime visit to an urgent care clinic or a hospital emergency department. Good luck!
