Maybe infection: Multiple etioligies. Where you on antibiotics recently? Eat out lately? Camp out lately. This may or may not be serious. At your age, many things come to mind including diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis or crohns disease. I would not worry about the latter two but that they would be on my list. I would say that if you answered yes to any of the above questions, think infection else see GI doc.
