Is it possible to recover from ocd i heard out there some doctors say you cant recover ?

Yes: OCD does tend to be persistent and sometimes takes a very high dose of SSRI 's for good med effect. It also tends to be more a a self regulatory strategy in some ways for people so addressing any underlying information processing problem is helpful. There are many behavioral strategies that are helpful. May take multimodal treatment and a lot of effort , but it is POSSIBLE to get complete relief

Agree with Dr. F: It some times takes multiple different approaches to treat your disorder. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV vaccine
