Hi there, i am experiencing lower abdominal pain on my right side... its changes as i move but i barely feel it when i am sitting down. this is accompanied with diarrhoea but only a little bit and the feeling of needing to pass gas or go to the bath?

Exam recommended: Right lower abdominal discomfort raises concern for appendicitis even with atypical associated symptoms. Examination by a physician is recommended especially if there is associated tenderness. Other possibilities include pelvic pathology,irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease and right sided diverticulitis.
