Not Related: Your back injury has nothing to do with your lower abdominal Bloating and noises But we can not tell you what is going on based on the information given We need to know what medications any you are taking and for what condition.Are you on thyroid replacement therapy. I will suggest you consult your Primary Care Doctor for the back injury and the abdominal Complain and find out what is causing it
