i have hurt my lower back but i also am having lower abdominal bloating, gas a lot of noises in the lower abd, no diarrhea, what could be going on?

We need to know what medications any you are taking and for what condition.Are you on thyroid replacement therapy.
I will suggest you consult your Primary Care Doctor for the back injury and the abdominal Complain and find out what is causing it
