Is it normal to have severe lower abdominal, left ovarian and pelvic pain the day after your period ends?

Not normal: Any severe persistent abdominal and/or pelvic pain is abnormal and should be investigated by at least an examination by a physician,gynecologist or surgeon. Underlying pathology must be ruled out in such cases especially when discomfort is severe and persistent.
