Yes and why?: There are no interactions with these medications. The Bactrim is commonly used for Staph infections or urinary tract infections. The Azithromycin is used for pneumonia - though it is not uncommon that the person actually has a viral bronchitis. It is not so common to have two true infections simultaneously.
