No, not necessarily: Homeopathy matches symptoms between patient and remedy, not the organism you might feel is responsible for those symptoms. Depending on the patient and his/her symptoms, effective remedies could come from plant, mineral, or animal kingdoms -- or even some could be prepared from various fungi. But containing yeast would not be required for a remedy to work.
