Hi i need help with my possible conception date i was 25 weeks gestation on monday and my due date keeps changing ?

"Due dates" ?: "Due dates" are not certain, but are estimates based on your menstrual cycle, and once pelvic ultrasound documents the weeks of gestation in the first trimester, the due date will be more certain. It is not unusual for "due dates " to be off by a week or two.
