I have just found out that i have a low cholesterol level.. it's on zero... what should i do now? do i need to go see my gp? will i need medication?

Repeat test: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, first thing to do with an unusual result would be to repeat the test.
