Probably OK: Dosing tizanidine (Zanaflex) can be tricky because there is a such a wide variation in response. Some patients barely tolerate 1mg and others can take 12mg. The issue isn't so much your other meds as your response to tizanidine. If you start the tizanidine, start with a quarter tablet and then progress based upon your response and conferring with your doctor.
