See primary: Can start a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole while waiting but still need to see primary ane possibility a Gastroenterologist .Could be gastritis or peptic ulcer disease.make sure not taking any NSAIDS wuch as i uprofen but help the pain but will make worse.
