Psa rises from enlarged prostate or tumor. Omega fish oil is not likely to impactbthis.

Omega-3 most likely will not change the psa, but saw palmetto may be helpful. Some studies show improvement in urine flow due to usage of saw palmetto, which has plant estrogens, which reduce prostate size in some cases, thereby possibly reducing psa. It has not been proven, but might result in a drop in psa.
