You decide: The last several big studies on the efficacy of omega 3 fish oils for preventing vascular disease were all horribly disappointing -- and I wasn't surprised. Some physicians would throw a statin or something at this LDL, others would discuss all options with you & look at other facts about you -- do you have other risks? Would you be open to some serious physical fitness instead? No simple answers.
