Depends: Alot of times you body lets you know by thirst.However our body sometimes confuses thirst with hunger.We also get fluids through foods that we eat such as vegetables/fruits/soups,etc.The environment also dictates how much we consume also-if it is hot,how much we sweat etc.I try to aim for 8 glasses of 8 ounces a day but each person is different.
