Yes and no: Getting a good night's rest is very important to your health and if your anxiety is regularly interfering with this you should see your doctor or therapist to help improve your symptoms. In the short-term dealing with your sleep deficit will likely affect your energy level and possibly your ability to think clearly. Catching up on sleep as soon as you are able will return you to your normal self.
