Is it ok to take a low dose aspirin daily? and should it be taken around the same time daily?

Low dose aspirin: is generally a safe way to prevent or help prevent heart attacks. Has been used for decades; however, recent research shows questionable efficacy and possible problematic medical issues. I have used the 81mg for 30 years and all heart studues have been good.
