About how long would it take for a uti to become a kidney infection without antibiotics?

Depends: Not every bladder infection goes to kidney or become pyelonephritis.Some UTIs may clear on their own.some may just be noticed when severe to kidney and some may never and be isolated to the bladder so there is no definite answer to the question.
