Depends: "damage" is no more helpful in medicine than in car repair. The centrum semiovale is in white matter. What exactly does it look like, exactly where is the damage, how big is it, etc. Wreck may not have been the cause: true + true not necessarily related. Damage seen on MRI or ct ordered by doctor, yes? What does (s)he say & why aren't you satisfied with answer (since you're posting here)?
