Stage 4 chemo therapy very strong chemotherapy oxaliplatin having diarrhea as a symptom to chemotherapy any suggestions to stop diarrhea ?

Diarrhea: Start by avoiding harsh, undigestible roughage, salads, fruits, vegetables and milk. Take kaopectate according to instructions, drink room temperature fluids like sports beverages, ginger ale. If diarrhea remains severe I then recommend Imodium according to instructions. Consult your physician as needed. You must avoid becoming dehydrated and weakened.
