Right temple hurts when touching it, 33 years old is it possible to have temporal arteritis?

Tple Temporal pain: It would be rare for you to have Temporal arthritis at your age, but is more common in women. Likely cause is a tender temporalis muscle from grinding or clenching. Would try an non steroidal anti-inflammatory pill for few days such Naprosyn. If not resolved then see doctor for further evaluation

Requires exam/biopsy: You will need a medical examination, lab testing and probably a temporal artery biopsy to make the diagnosis: cannot be diagnosed here.
