Legal issue: Looks are eventually defined by an interplay of genetics & other factors.A person can show features of parents or grandparents & never appear the same as a sibling or parent.When the paternity of a kid is in question the issue brings the rights/responsibilities of the father over decades into play.Today we have accurate DNA studies which are accepted in court to define paternity when/if questioned
