Pain: Perforated esophageal cancer will cause pain. Typically chest pain/back pain and abdominal pain depending on where the location of the perforation is. This is a serious condition and will need to be managed based on how advanced your cancer is. This requires in patient admission. If you have any of those symptoms, you need to let your doctor know or go the Emergency department.
