Around 15-30mins after i ejaculate,i feel some discomfort in perineum area and am not able to sleep. after pooping, i could sleep. what could this be?

Discomfort: That post ejaculation discomfort could be from prostatic congestion or subsequent spasm or soreness in the levator muscles around the rectum. As long as you're not experiencing this symptom regularly or on other occasions I doubt there is any chronic pathology to be concerned about. Consult a urologist if you still have concerns,however.
