Recurred?: Without knowing how long ago you were repaired and if the repair was completely curative I can't answer your specific question. But in general when you ejaculate the entire region has muscle tension and this may be what is causing the pain near your hernia repair. Ejaculation is good for you in multiple ways...so keep it up.
