Pain after ejac: This could represent prostatitis. This is an inflammation of the prostate which is a gland that is basically above the perineum. It is clinically examined via a rectal exam. If the prostate is tender during the exam then it is probably prostatitis. It can resolve on its own if it is caused by a virus. If it is due to bacteria it is treated with an antibiotic.
