Expect this: This is caused by fluids shifts, especially increased volume in your seminal vesicles from the sexual excitement. Your choosing to go unsatisfied and keep the pressure up is your business, but I hope it's not from a superstitious reason. You may want to talk with your hernia surgeon about this.
