Please advise if a ck level of 1400 is a concern?

High CK needs eval.: Yes, a CK of 1400 IU/L should be evaluated further. Without more information, I cannot tell you much more than that, as there are a lot of possibilities, but heart, muscle, and kidney problems are to be considered. You may be fine as well, but you need to find out.

Yes: Your CK level is a cause for concern. If you are taking Statin medication, discontinue that and see your doctor. Do not take alcohol and limit physical activity. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.
