Prolonged sun : exposure causes changes in the dermal melanocytes and can lead to skin malignancies difficult to diagnose visually. I would first recommend you see a dermatologist or at least your PCP for a skin evaluation and possible biopsy of some representative lesions. Second, until you do so be certain to put the highest number skin block on your face and wear a hat outside.
