Fatty liver: It all depends on the clinical indication that the test was ordered on fully what it means.Hepatomegaly is an enlarged liver ,the clinical significance is how large,fatty changes is a fatty liver and that can be a cause of elevated liver enzymes and if overweight ;you doc will tell you to lose weight.Dilated Common Bile duct depends on dilated, if significantly gallbladder-sludge or stone.
